‘I Cry For Everything’ – Lamiez Holworthy On Pregnancy Update
A Metro FM radio host and TV presenter, Lamiez Holworthy-Morule, has shared a video from behind the scenes of her photoshoot on Instagram on March 13, as she gets closer to giving birth to her bundle of joy; she expressed to her fans and followers that she has been feeling very emotional during her pregnancy.
Like many pregnant women, Holworthy-Morule is experiencing symptoms from her pregnancy. She revealed what she had been struggling with during this time and said,
“My pregnancy really has made me super sensitive and very emotional- I cry for EVERYTHING 😤😩.”
But, what she should know is that hormonal shifts during the second and third trimesters causes a pregnant woman to cry more often, and it’s all completely normal Healthline reported.
The reason behind this is said to be because the body is changing rapidly and may cause the pregnant woman’s anxiety levels to increase. Normal everyday stresses and frustration are said to possibly be a trigger and cause these crying spells.
According to WebMD, some tips to help with these crying spells would be to get enough rest, be physically active, stay away from drinking coffee, and eat healthily, to name a few.
Apart from Holworthy-Morule being pregnant, other celebs who are expecting their tiny tots this year are Kelly Khumalo, Steffi Brink, and Masechaba Khumalo, Youth Village reported.
After seeing Holworthy-Morule’s video from behind the scenes of her photo shoot, her Instagram followers told her that she looked absolutely stunning and shared their own pregnancy struggles as a way to comfort her and let her know that she was not alone.
